How much does the Citadel software cost?
The annual license fee is based on the size of your municipality. This way, there are no restrictions on the number of users and the number of assets you are entitled to. Please contact us for a quote.
Which person should be named as the Citadel manager in my organization?
Everyone in your organization can use Citadel. However, it is important to define one or two administrators who will be responsible for managing the user accounts and the configuration of the software for your organization.
Will we need to hire a specialist to use Citadel?
Using Citadel does not require the hiring of specialized resources. The objective of Citadel is to allow you to be as autonomous as possible in the management of your assets.
How much additional work is required internally to implement Citadel?
Like any innovation, the implementation of Citadel implies a digital transition and a change in work methods. Our experienced team is available at all times to accompany you in this transition while respecting your objectives, in order to minimize the impact on your work teams. After the implementation phase, the use of Citadel does not represent an additional workload. Quite the contrary, it will allow you to save time and resources.
Which size of municipality can the Citadel platform handle?
Citadel is suited for and used by municipalities of all sizes (< 1000 and > 100 000 population).
We are already short on time and resources. Is it realistic for us to implement Citadel?
The use of specialized tools such as Citadel requires a learning curve until it is well integrated into your work methods. However, you will quickly see efficiency gains at all levels of your organization and, in the long run, you will save a lot of time.
How long does it take to implement Citadel?
Since the platform is preconfigured for municipal organizations, it only takes a few hours to set up and is immediately ready for use. However, the implementation period in your teams and work processes depends on your objectives and the reality of your organization. Usually, less than a month is required to complete this phase and the training for basic use. Throughout the first year, we will work closely with you to ensure that you are using Citadel in the best way for you and that your asset management is evolving at the desired pace.
Is computerized maintenance management (CMMS) essential from the start?
No. CMMS is an excellent and proven practice, but it is not essential. You are free to use the full solution or part of it, depending on your needs and your organization's situation. Should you choose not to use CMMS, you can always change your mind and add it later.
The data and information about our assets are scattered across different digital media. Can the Citadel team help us centralize it?
Yes, our team has the tools to import all your available digital data. Moreover, in most cases, our service API allows us to ensure Citadel's interoperability with your existing IT systems.
Is there a limit to the number of users or assets?
No. There is no limit of users or assets allowed per organization.
Can we easily export the data we store in Citadel?
You will always own your data! Although hosted in Citadel, your data remains secure and available to your entire organization, you are free to export it completely, without resorting to our team. This extraction can be done either on a one-off basis or continuously through interoperability links.
If a new user is added along the way, can you provide training?
Sure. Just contact us and we will coordinate a training session according to your availability.
Would it be possible to try Citadel before making our decision?
